- Different prices: Suppliers who have both retail and online supplies may have two different pricing structures and/or deals which are only available online.
- Overseas customers should remember to check with their Customs whether they will have any import tax to pay.
| - Shipping: what might seem cheap on an item by item basis may start to look a lot more expensive by the time you've added in the shipping.

| Retail art shop in Grasmere in the Lake District with online retail for purchase of art materials and art supplies. Run by a family who have been in the art business for a long time. They also sell original paintings and prints of the notable Lake District landscape artists, William Heaton Cooper and Alfred Heaton Cooper.
UK delivery charges are fixed rates regardless of package contents. Use either Parcel Force 48 hour service, or Royal Mail first class letter post for smaller lightweight items.
COMMENT: Heaton Cooper are a very reliable on-line supplier of artist quality art supplies. I've ordered stock and have found that their site has a really excellent selection of fine art materials from a range of manufacturers - including some which are hard to find elsewhere. They're not the cheapest but the stock always arrives promptly and is extremely well packaged. They have also been extremely helpful tracking down a package which went astray at my end. I regard them as very reliable and very helpful.

The website indicates the many ranges of products stocked. Catalogues can be downloaded.
